ITINERARY

Day 1 : Arrive at Kyoto

Assemble ate the "Share Taxi Ticket Counter" in arrival lobby on the 1st floor.

Kansai Airport (seat sharing van) Hotel in Kyoto.

Day 2 : Kyoto

Whole day free at leisure.

(In the evening, departure time from your hotel on the following day will be

announced by the van company. Departure time from your hotel to the airport are

around four hours before your flight time.)

Day 3 : Depart from Kyoto

Free at your leisure until departure.

REMARKS

1. This tour includes round trip airport transfer and hotel in Kyoto only.
2.Gion Yoshiima Plan includeds 2breakfasts and 2dinner.
3.When the departure flight leaves from Kansai International Airport at midnight, participants may spend several hours at the airport after the transfer by seat sharing van.
4. Please make reservations with your flight number, flight arrival/departure time, and hotel name. Bookings will be confirmed only after all information is received.
6. When using a sedan or a taxi, each person will be allowed to bring two pieces of baggage.
7. Please note that for the sedan or taxi transfer service with staff escort, the staff member may not be able to ride with you in the same vehicle if all of your baggage will not fit into the trunk of the sedan or taxi.
8. Baggage handling charge is not included. Clients are asked to handle their own baggage.
9. Depending on the departure time, taxis and airport buses may be used for Sunrise Tours Airport Transfer Plan.
10. After arriving, a waiting time up to 1 hour may be required for the airport buses and trains.
11. This service will be canceled if JTB staff do not meet you within 90 minutes after your flight's arrival time.
12. For departure transfers, the actual meeting times at the hotel lobby will be notified by phone or leaving a message in your room the night before departure.
13. If you do not arrive in time for the last airport bus, NA4E, PE4E & NA1E services can not be provided.
14. In the Osaka area, services can only be provided if your hotel includes our pick-up service as listed on page 73.
15. Pick up/drop off service are available for those heading Itami Airport. If you would like to do so, please let us know upon booking..
16. When using a reserved taxi, each person will be allowed to bring two pieces of baggage.
17. In the Kyoto area the service can be provided in any hotel you stay.
