Baggage Baggage carriage is not included. Please carry your baggage on your own. However, trains do not have areas for storing large pieces of baggage.
We recommend leaving large pieces of baggage at your hotel in Tokyo while you travel by train.

Day 1 Tokyo - Kyoto - Nara - Kyoto

For this tour, we recommend you to leave your large luggage at your hotel in Tokyo and to bring just an overnightbag with you since there is no space for large luggage on the train.Nijo Castle- On Tuesdays in Jan., Jul., Aug. & Dec., "Nijo Castle" is closed and visit "Ryoanji Temple" instead. "Kyoto Imperial Palace- On Saturdays, Sundays & national holidays and some other days, Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed and visit ""Nishi Honganji"" instead.- On May25 & Oct.25 visit ""Ryoanji Temple"" or ""Daitokuji Daisenin Temple"" instead.- You are required to fill out the form (your name, sex, age, nationality), when you enter ""Kyoto Imperial Palace"". 2010:The R category includes 1 breakfast and 1 dinner.This tour is offered to travelers from overseas only. On Saturdays,Sundays,public holidays Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed.The tour will visit Nishi Honganji instead. On Tuesdays in Jan.,Jul.,Aug.,and Dec.or Wednesday if Tuesday is national holiday,Nijo castle is closed.The tour will visit Ryoanji Temple or Daitokuji Daisen-in Temple instead.Heian Shrine will be replaced by Chishaku-in Temple on Oct. 22,during Jidai Festival when closed to the public.
