Baggage Baggage carriage is not included. Please carry your baggage on your own. However, trains do not have areas for storing large pieces of baggage. We recommend leaving large pieces of baggage at your hotel in Tokyo while you travel by train.

REMARKS

* This tour is offered for travelers from overseas only.(For Mt. Fuji - Hakone Tour)
* When the Fuji Visitor Center is closed or if the tour is behind schedule due to traffic, the Fuji Visitor Center may be skipped.
* The road to Mt. Fuji's 5th station is sometimes closed due to heavy snows in the winter and the early spring. If this is the case, or if the tour is behind schedule, you will go to the highest possible point.
* The Hakone Ropeway and the Owakudani Valley or Pirate Boat may also be substituted depending upon traffic and weather conditions or for other operational reasons; the tour will not be cancelled and the tour fee will not be refunded. In the case that one or both of the destinations are omitted, you will enjoy one of the following alternatives: Narukawa Museum in Hakone, Hakone Sekisho Check Point, Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi, Kawaguchiko Ropeway, Hakone-en Aquarium, or Hakone Jinja Shrine. Your tour guide will finalize alternatives based upon careful consideration of tour logistics and other conditions.
* We recommend you to bring an overcoat or other warm clothing during the autumn and the winter.
* The tour will not be cancelled nor refunded if you are unable to see the full view of Mt. Fuji due to weather conditions. (For Kyoto Morning Tour)
* Nijo Castle: on Tuesdays in Jan., Aug. and Dec., Nijo Castle is closed and you will visit Ryoanji Temple instead.
* Kyoto Imperial Palace: on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and some other days, the Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed and you will visit the Nishi Hongwanji Temple instead. You are required to fill out a form (your name, sex, age, nationality), when you enter the Kyoto Imperial Palace.
