ITINERARY

One day before

Train tickets and itineraries are delivered to your hotel at least one day prior to your departure.

Day1 : Tokyo - Kyoto

6:00a.m.-12:10p.m.
Tokyo Station/Shinagawa Station/Shin-yokohama Station
Kyoto Station
After arrival, free at leisure. Transfer to your hotel on your own.
Late Departure:
Leave Tokyo 10:10 a.m.-12:20 p.m.
Arrive Kyoto 12:20 p.m.-2:40 p.m.

Day2 : Kyoto - Hiroshima

Free at your leisure until departure.
12:20-2:40 p.m.
Kyoto Station Hiroshima Station
Transfer to your hotel on your own.

Day3 : Hiroshima - Tokyo

Free at your leisure until departure.
3:00-4:50 p.m.
Hiroshima Station
7:00-9:00 p.m.
Shin-yokohama Station/Shinagawa Station/Tokyo Station

REMARKS

1.These tours are offered for travelers from overseas only.
2.Tour includes no assistant or guide service, you need to make a own transfer between hotel and Train Station and or elsewhere you want to visit.
3.Requested to book 2 working days prior, with information of your staying place, address, phone-No. and check-in date for delivering tickets. (In case staying at personal residence, inform us name of landlord also.)
4.Tickets are delivered to your hotel or staying place by 1 day before the departure day.
5.If any change of you delivery address , please inform us by 8 working days prior.
6.In case of cancel (or change) after you received your ticket, you are requested to return your ticket to Sunrise Center.
7.Request for train reservation (such as departure / arrival time, seat number) is not acceptable.
8.If you choose "Extra Night", please inform us by remarks of booking request form.
2010:Transportation fees covered by the tour include the one-way or round trip fare on the designated train. All other fees will be personally borne.

If you need to make any changes after making reservations, please call no later than eight business days before your departure date.
If you decide to cancel the tour after receiving your tickets, please send the tickets back to Sunrise Center.
You cannot designate the departure/arrival time, nor the train seat.Please note that your Shinkansen tickets will not be reissued or replaced if you lose them after receipt. In those circumstances, you will have to purchase normal tickets at your own expense.
Choose New Hiroden Hotel and get a free 1-day Hiroshima Pass available for the Hiroshima Railway.
Choose Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima and get One-way taxi ticket between Hiroshima Station and Hotel and spa ticket.
Triple rooms are not available at Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima.
